Drools
HCI
TCP/IP networking
PKI and security in greatest general

Also please tell us you have worked with some of these things:
Transaction intensive systems
Agile development and/or Scrum
Test driven development
Gaming or Financial products
Configuration Management

Swedish and English are required; any other language skills are a bonus, especially Asian languages.
